Full Service Design
For those who want the full picture, and the peace of mind that comes with it.
This is CCI's most comprehensive offering. From the first conversation to the day you walk into your finished home, We carry the entire process, interior architecture, spatial planning, material specification, contractor management, bespoke furniture and joinery design, and final installation.
You remain involved in the decisions that shape your home. The complexity is ours to manage.
Best suited to full renovations, new builds, extensions, and developer or hospitality projects.
1. Discovery & Brief
We begin with a thorough consultation to understand how you live, what you love, and what you need the space to do. We review the architecture, take detailed measurements, and establish a clear brief, timeline, and budget framework.
2. Concept Design
A full creative direction is developed, moodboards, spatial layouts, material and colour palettes, and a furniture strategy. This is where the vision takes shape and is presented for your review and approval before anything is committed to.
3. Design Development & Specification
Once the concept is signed off, we move into detailed design. This covers full technical drawings, bespoke joinery and furniture design, lighting plans, and a complete material and product specification. Every element is considered and documented.
4. Procurement
We manage all purchasing on your behalf, furniture, fabrics, fixtures, and fittings. Drawing on our trade network to secure quality pieces at the best possible price. Nothing is ordered without your approval.
5. Project Management & Installation
We coordinate and oversee all contractors and trades throughout the build and fit-out phase, acting as your single point of contact. We manage the programme, troubleshoot on site, and ensure the work is executed to the standard the design demands.
6. Styling & Handover
The final layer. We dress the space, art, accessories, soft furnishings, so that what you walk into on handover day is the finished home, not a work in progress.
