Not every project requires full service, and not every client wants to hand over complete control. The Concept & Specification tier gives you a thorough, professional design package with the flexibility to determine how much of the delivery you take on yourself.
CCI develops the full creative and technical direction. From there, the balance of procurement and project management is agreed at the outset based on your situation, your team, and your timeline.
Best suited to clients who have a trusted contractor in place, or who want strong creative direction without full project management.
1. Scoping Consultation
We start by mapping out your project, what's already in place, what decisions still need to be made, and where CCI's involvement will add the most value. The scope of service is agreed here, clearly and in writing.
2. Concept Design
A complete creative direction is developed and presented spatial layouts, material palettes, lighting strategy, and a furniture and joinery plan.
You'll see exactly how the finished space is intended to feel before any decisions are locked in.
3. Full Specification
Detailed drawings, schedules, and a complete product and material specification are produced. Everything your contractor needs to execute the design accurately and without ambiguity.
4. Handover & Support
The full package is handed over in a clear, organised format. We remain available for questions during the delivery phase, and can be retained for additional site visits or design reviews as needed.
